This post brought to you by TABASCO® Original Red. All opinions are 100% mine.
I don't know what it's doing where you are, but here it's snowing. Normally we don't get much snow here in Arkansas. So far this winter it's snowed four times! Since I haven't been doing much riding, I haven't really had anything motorcycle related to talk about. Right now my tins are in the shop getting painted. Once they are finished I'll definitely be sharing some pictures.
In the meantime I've been working on a few other projects. One of my projects ended up becoming a blog and I thought what better way to introduce you to my new blog "Cooking With Kick" than by telling you how to add some kick to your food with TABASCO® Original Red.
I'm not a big spicy food eater, but when I make chicken fried steak, it's just not the same if it's not dipped in egg and milk made with TABASCO Original Red. It not only gives it a zing of hotness, it really brings out the juicy flavor of the steak. The next time you make fried chicken, try adding a few shakes of TABASCO® Original Red to your egg and milk. The sauce is made of salt, red pepper and vinegar. You could mix that combination up yourself, but it's the hot sauce's 3-year aging process that makes it the best since 1868.
It's also really good on pizza. If you've never had it before, check out Pizza Perfected. The next time you through a party or have a small get together, check out Game-Day Party Menu for lots of different recipes and suggestions which I'm sure will entice you to try it!
Every Waffle House has TABASCO® Original Red on their tables. I've seen people shake it on everything from ribeye steaks to eggs! It's especially good on scattered, smothered, and covered hashbrowns. The sauce soaks right into the potatoes and really makes it a "hot potato" like you've never had before!
So if you want to add a little kick to your food, try TABASCO Original Red Sauce and don't forget to visit my new blog Cooking With Kick.

I've used it for years.
